
Female Yoga
Female yoga is a slow, gentle, soothing and restorative yoga practice in a safe & nurturing women circle. During this class we will sink into the easy and unrushed yin yoga postures, stretch our hips, do a short balancing tai chi sequence, center ourselves with a meditation and feel the effect of a few kegel exercises for a healthy and sensual female body – inside out. At the end of the class you will enjoy deeply relaxed body and calm mind.
